My name is Brandy Rittenour, I am a life long resident of Northeast Ohio. I am the chief genealogist of History and Mystery Genealogy Services, LLC. My passion for genealogy started over 20 years ago while on a family vacation in West Virginia. At a family gathering, a great deal of extended family was in attendance. I listened to countless family stories. There were several old photographs being passed around, one particular picture caught my eye, it was an older version of me and she looked very sad. This intrigued me and I had to know more about this woman. I was given her name and over the next few months, my mission was to find out everything I could about her and her family. This series of events created my love of genealogy.
